In a capital city neighborhood, a woman who lived with many cats suffered an apartment fire, and she and most of the cats perished... 🙁 The surviving cats remained inside, waiting for hours, then days, but no one came for them... Thankfully, neighbors did not stay indifferent to their distress and tragedy. They regularly provided water and food and began looking for a way to get them out, have them examined and cared for. A few days later, after a post on Facebook (and after calling every possible institution), volunteers organized themselves and went to the site. For days they set traps, took the caught cats to clinics, and worked around the clock. In total, 20 cats were caught in the building's entrance and basement. Despite the large number and poor conditions, the cats were well cared for and loved. All of them are social (they get along with other cats), cuddly, good and very sweet. This one escaped with slightly singed whiskers, yet he eats as if his whiskers were untouched!
